Daniel "Dan" Gerson is a screenwriter who lives in California. He shares credit for the screenplay of ''Monsters, Inc.'' with Andrew Stanton, and shares credit for the screenplay of ''Monsters University'' with Robert L. Baird and Dan Scanlon. He also contributed material to ''Chicken Little'', ''Curious George'', ''Cars'', ''Meet the Robinsons'' and television shows including ''Misguided Angeles'', ''Big Wolf on Campus'' and ''Something So Right''.
He was also a voice actor in the film ''Monsters, Inc.'' and ''Big Hero 6''.
Dan was a brother of Sigma Pi Fraternity at Cornell University, where he attended university.
